Complete the information below to order copies of your book, shipped wherever you like. Please keep in mind the shipping costs will be added to your monthly invoice.

Our default shipping speed is UPS Ground, which typically delivers to all 50 states and Puerto Rico within five business days. We recommend ordering your books at least two weeks before they are needed to ensure timely delivery and lower shipping costs for you.

The required fields ensure we capture the information we need to get your books where they have to be, on time. You can also leave us additional notes should any apply.

After you submit the information you will get a confirmation email with the details you provided, and we will follow up with tracking information when it becomes available.
