About Ellisa
Ellisa Allen, LCSW, founded the Asher House, a nonprofit serving youth and young adults in crisis. A specialist in trauma care and crisis response, she is a certified chaplain who has served alongside multiple law-enforcement agencies. Ellisa serves on the boards of the US Airlift Command and Liberty Oaks Academy and is a member of the Crisis International Response Team for disaster relief. She hosts the popular podcast The Ellisa Show on the Dear America Network. An in-demand speaker on faith, marriage, and healing, Ellisa is a devoted wife, married to her best friend since 2009, and a proud mom of four amazing kids.
