About Mengying
Mengying Li is a seasoned data science leader and growth expert with a decade of experience in the tech industry. She currently serves as the Head of Growth at MotherDuck, overseeing Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives and data strategy. Previously, as the Head of Growth Data Science at Notion, she drove PLG strategies across marketing, engineering, product, and finance teams. At Meta, she managed data science for several groundbreaking creator monetization products. Mengying began her data science career at Microsoft. Beyond her full-time roles, Mengying advises early-stage companies on data and PLG strategies, engages in angel investing, and scouts for Andreessen Horowitz (A16z).
