At least 60 shows pitched over three months
We pitch you to a minimum of 60 podcasts: shows in Scribe's own podcast network, plus new shows we research and find for your topic and audience.
We pitch you to at least 60 podcasts over three months, from Scribe's podcast network and new shows we find for your topic. At least 5 shows will be interested in booking you. That part is guaranteed.
Only for Scribe authors. Your book can be brand new or ten years old. If Scribe published it, we can pitch it.
Your book proves you know something. A podcast lets people hear how you think. It is the closest thing to sitting across the table from your next reader, client, or partner, and it happens with an audience that picked the topic before they pressed play.
The book opens the door. The conversation is what people remember.
A long conversation shows your judgment, your stories, and your voice in a way a jacket blurb never can.
Every show has a niche. We aim you at the ones whose listeners are the people you wrote your book for.
An episode stays online and keeps getting found, with your name and your book in the show notes.
Send the episode to clients and prospects, post it, and point people to it. It is proof that others want to hear from you.
Every one of these is written into the agreement you sign.
We pitch you to a minimum of 60 podcasts: shows in Scribe's own podcast network, plus new shows we research and find for your topic and audience.
Not a promise to try. A guarantee of at least 5 shows that want to book you as a guest. If we fall short after three months, we keep pitching you for another month at no cost.
You complete an extensive questionnaire first, so you control the shows we target, the audience we speak to, and the content we emphasize.
After the three-month minimum, the service runs month to month at $3,000 a month, for as long as you want more pitching. No obligation to continue.
Your goals, the audience you want, the kinds of shows you like, and any minimum audience size. Name 3 or 4 dream shows and we pitch those personally.
We write and send pitches by hand each week, at least 60 over three months, built around your book and the angle you chose. No mass blasts.
When a show is interested, we send it to you with its numbers. Say yes and we introduce you to the host, then you schedule directly. At least 5, guaranteed.
A monthly wrap-up of who we pitched and who replied, and a final one at month three. Late replies still come to you. Want more? Extend monthly.
We start with the podcast network Scribe has built, including hosts who already know and trust Scribe books. Then we go find new shows that fit your topic, your audience, and the goals in your questionnaire.
Hosts book guests for what they know and the stories they tell, not for a release date. The book you published years ago is still the reason you are worth an hour of someone's show. If Scribe published it, we can pitch it, whether it came out last month or a decade ago.
Every pitch goes out under the Scribe name. Hosts take that name seriously because of the books behind it, so this service is for books we published.
When you start below, use the email you used with Scribe. If we cannot match it right away, nothing is charged. A person checks within one business day and sends you a link to finish.

Use the email you used with Scribe. It is how we confirm you are a Scribe author.
Plain English. Please read it all before you sign.
This agreement is intentionally written in plain English. We think the impenetrable lawyer-speak of modern contracts inhibits understanding, cooperation, and mutual benefit, which helps no one (except the lawyers). We want what's best for both of us, now and in the future, and we think plain English agreements help achieve that.
In short, the purpose of this agreement is simple:
You are hiring us, Scribe Media, to provide podcast PR for your published book. This agreement is the official record of our relationship, and it lays out what we can both expect, who should do what and when, and what will happen if something goes wrong.
What is included:
Scribe Authors Only: This service is available only for books published by Scribe Media. If we cannot confirm that your book was published by Scribe Media, we will not proceed, and any payment will be refunded in full.
One Pitching Effort at a Time: While this service is active, you agree not to hire another podcast PR firm or booking agency, or use podcast pitching software, to pitch you to podcasts. Two pitching efforts at the same time work against each other and look like spam to podcast hosts.
Order Review: Your order is subject to review. We will confirm all details within 1 business day and approve your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
Published Book Required: You must have a published book available for purchase. These services do not include book publishing, editing, or cover design.
Communication: Timely responses are important to keep your project on schedule. Delays in communication may extend your project timeline.
No Hidden Costs: We will never do additional work that costs you money without first getting your explicit approval.
Pricing Expiration: The price you commit to is good for 3 months. If you don't start within 3 months and prices have increased, an amended agreement will be required.
Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership of your book content. Scribe Media does not claim any rights to your work.
Liability & Indemnification: You are solely responsible for the content of your book. You represent and warrant that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify Scribe Media for any liability arising from your book's content.
Cancellation: If either party decides to part ways before services begin, we will refund your payment minus any costs already incurred. Once work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on work completed, unless a specific service has its own cancellation terms listed below.
Delay: If you need to pause, we cannot guarantee the same timeline or production team when you restart. Pauses of 3+ months may require a price update.
The Sunset Clause: If you are non-responsive for 12 months or more, we have the right to cancel the project and retain payment.
This agreement also includes the Scribe Media Master Terms & Conditions.
Full payment of $9,000 is due at signing.

Check each box, then type your full name exactly as you entered it.
You will finish on Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details never touch our servers.
We could not match that email to a Scribe book automatically, which often just means you used a different address with us. You have not been charged. A person from Scribe will check within one business day and email you a link to finish.

Yes. If Scribe published your book, it qualifies, whatever year it came out. Hosts are booking you for what you know and the stories in your book, not for a release date.
At least 5 shows interested in booking you. That is the guarantee in your agreement, word for word. Each show sets its own recording schedule and release date, so we guarantee the interest, and we do not promise air dates. If fewer than 5 shows are interested by the end of your three months, we pitch you for another month at no cost.
Yes. Before we send a single pitch, you complete an extensive questionnaire. It gives you control over the shows we target, the audience we speak to, and the content we emphasize.
Two places. Scribe's own podcast network, and new shows we research for your topic and audience every week. Every pitch is written by hand, not blasted from a list.
You can name 3 or 4 dream shows, and we pitch those personally. We follow your questionnaire as closely as the podcast industry allows, but no one can promise a specific show will say yes, or guarantee very narrow audience requirements.
Not at the same time. While we are pitching you, you agree not to hire another podcast PR firm or booking agency, or use podcast pitching software. Two efforts pitching the same author work against each other, and to a host it looks like spam. If you are already working with someone, finish that first, then start with us.
When a show is interested, we send it to you with its numbers. If you say yes, we introduce you to the host, and you set the recording time directly with them. If a host asks for a copy of your book, we send it.
Any show that replies late still comes to you. If you want more pitching, the service continues month to month at $3,000 a month. There is no obligation to continue, and you can stop at the end of any month.
Pitching can start about a month before launch, once your book is final enough to send to hosts who ask for a copy. After launch day, the pitch changes to a just-launched book.
Our pitches go out under the Scribe name, and hosts take that name seriously because of the books behind it. So we pitch only books we published. If you are not a Scribe author yet, start with your book.
Nothing is charged. A person from Scribe checks within one business day, usually finds you under another email, and sends you a link to finish.
The price is $3,000 a month, with a three-month minimum. On this page you pay the first three months ($9,000) by card through Stripe when you sign. Every order is reviewed within 1 business day, and if we cannot fulfill it you get a full refund.
Yes. Scribe Podcast PR is also an add-on on every Scribe publishing package, or your Scribe rep can add it to your agreement.
At least 60 shows pitched by hand. At least 5 shows interested in booking you, guaranteed. $3,000 a month, three-month minimum, for Scribe authors only.
