Carlos Maestas is the founder and chief storysmith at Key Ideas, a Texas-based firm that helps organizations sharpen and share their messages. He believes storytelling is the most powerful way people and organizations move others to action. A stand-up comedian who once opened for Dennis Miller, Carlos also holds an MBA and leads a workshop called Storytelling That Moves People.
