Elliot Lum

Elliot Lum is the author of Entrepreneurial Confessions: How Young Founders Found Their Way, for which he spent a year interviewing more than 300 millennial founders across 24 states to explore what motivates a new generation of business leaders. He serves as Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy and Program Development for the Educational Foundation of the Association of National Advertisers. He received his MBA from MIT Sloan and earned a bachelor's degree in art history from Columbia University.
