ELLIOTT BAYEV has more than thirty years of martial arts experience with twenty-four in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He’s a second degree black belt and Masters World silver medalist, Pan silver medalist, and was a double gold medalist at the 2017 Rickson Gracie Cup. Elliott owns OpenMat Mixed Martial Arts in Toronto and offers online Jiu-Jitsu Instruction for beginners at BJJ101.tv.
