Jane Wyker

Jane Wyker is the author of Soul Selfish: The Awakening of a Good Girl, a memoir drawn from her decades-long inner journey. A graduate of Cornell University and a former elementary school teacher, she was a pioneer in parent education who opened her own Parents School and later ran a 29-year family counseling practice focused on marriage, parenting, self-development, career, and loss. Her work draws on more than a dozen psychological, mind-body, and spiritual disciplines.
