James Luisi

James V. Luisi is a Houndstooth Press author, enterprise architect, and three-time book author whose work bridges technology, philosophy, and consciousness. His books include Sensitive by Nature: Understanding Intelligence and the Mind, a treatise on enterprise architecture frameworks, and Artificial Consciousness: A Journey Beyond AI—a 450-page work that maps 24 levels of awareness from single-cell learning to human paradigm-shifting.

Jim has worked with AI and machine learning since the 1980s. His research approach is famously rigorous: his first book took ten years of study and seven full rewrites. He is currently writing his fourth book, Artificial Omnipotence.
