John Anderson is the co-founder of The CEO Advantage, a coaching and consulting firm that helps organizations turn vision into execution and results. An entrepreneur at heart, he got his start in the office furniture industry, where he built and later sold a leading dealership. In 1996 he founded the Detroit chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, and Verne Harnish chose him to be his first Gazelles coach.
