About John Henry
John Henry has been in the field of personal, professional and transformational development since 1986 and has worked with best-selling authors and personal development leaders such as Anthony Robbins, Tom Hopkins, Jim Rohn and many others. As a behavioral assessment analyst, he has provided individual communication surveys, team analysis and conflict resolution resources to client companies across a broad spectrum of business industries. This extensive experience has provided the opportunity to facilitate change and improved communication with many contrasting corporate cultures and leadership teams.
John Henry’s passion for supporting and working with transitioning Veterans and their families is in memory of his son Danny Facto, who was killed in an excessive speed related motorcycle accident in 2009 after completing his military service. Danny was a Combat Veteran of two tours in Afghanistan with the Army 10th Mountain Division in 2001 and 2003. John Henry is a former peacetime Marine and his father was a former Marine, Korean War Combat Veteran and Air Force Vietnam Reconnaissance photographer.
Following Danny’s separation from service, he and John Henry conceptualized and developed a self-help, personal development-based transition process for dealing with triggers, trauma and the critical mind. This work was completed and self-published as an e-book and audiobook on Kindle, iTunes and Audible in 2017 under the title of Transitioning Veterans, How we get in our own way… and, what to do about it!
