Justin Elrod

Justin S. Elrod is an estate planning and elder law attorney and the founder of The Elrod Firm, an Arkansas practice with offices in Bryant, Hot Springs Village, Fayetteville, and Bentonville. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney certified by the National Elder Law Foundation, on whose national board of directors he serves, and an attorney accredited with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. His work focuses on estate planning, asset protection, long-term care and Medicaid planning, veterans benefits, probate, and guardianship. He is the author of You Need A Plan: How to Prepare for Death, Taxes, and Long-Term Care.
