Lee Beck

Lee D. Beck is the author of Thirteen Waves: A Reflection on Challenges, Failures, and Lessons Learned. A recruited college athlete, he went on to work as an assistant professor and assistant coach before moving into financial services, where he held executive roles at PIMCO, J.P. Morgan, and BlackRock. In Thirteen Waves he shares autobiographical stories written as guidance for his three sons, turning each personal experience into an insight meant to inspire thoughtful decision-making.
