Lorean Cairns is the cofounder and CEO of Fox and Jane Salon Group, Little Lion Salon, and Skin Habit, a San Diego-based skin center. After years of mastering the salon world from behind the chair, she set her sights on becoming an industry disrupter. Through the launch of her brand, Fox and Jane, Lorean developed a proven formula and grew a three-chair salon into an international company with nine salons, 150 staff members, and $14 million in revenue. She shares her journey and tools for success in publications such as Redbook and Allure, educates top stylists at international hair conferences, and leads classes at her private education studio in New York City.
