As CFO of Shopify and FreshBooks, Mark helped scale two of Canada’s most successful software companies. He was a general partner at Real Ventures, Canada’s largest seed-stage venture fund, and he founded SurePath Capital Partners, the leading investment bank focused on SMB software companies. Throughout his career, Mark has raised over $1 billion and closed over $1 billion in exits. He is a Kundalini yoga teacher and has almost two decades of experience in yoga and meditation.
