Melinda Baiza and Lorna Klokkenga are the co-authors of Coach Better, Lead Better: Coaching Excellence for School and District Leaders. Melinda Baiza is the CEO, professional developer, and executive leadership coach at Baiza and Associates Consulting, with more than two decades of experience in public education. Lorna Klokkenga serves as the firm's COO and a consultant, drawing on three decades in public education as a leader, teacher, staff developer, and coach. Together they developed the SIMPLE coaching framework to help school and district leaders build resilient, self-sustaining cultures of growth.
