Michael Dash is an entrepreneur and a recovering gambling and drug addict who came to see that his obsession with winning and his drive to succeed were two sides of the same coin. After building and selling his recruiting firm, Parallel HR Solutions, he created FATE, a program that helps business leaders and entrepreneurs struggling with compulsive behaviors.
