Michael Vann

Michael Vann is the president of The Vann Group, a strategic consulting and transactional advisory firm that works with the owners and leadership teams of privately held small and mid-size businesses. He has more than twenty years of experience in strategic consulting and transaction advisory, with expertise in strategic facilitation, succession and transition planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. With his father, Kevin Vann, he co-authored Buying Out the Boss: The Successor's Guide to Succession Planning, which examines succession and transition from the perspective of the internal acquirer.
