Micheline Nader’s Bio
Micheline Nader, BSN, MPH, DESS is a serial healthcare entrepreneur, best-selling author of the “Dolphin's Dance” and the CEO of the Jesra Foundation.
As a healthcare entrepreneur, Micheline founded and led the Blue Dolphin Healthcare group where she built and managed a chain of skilled nursing homes facilities in the Midwest. After 15 years of operations, she successfully sold her company to a public healthcare group.
Through her writings, workshops and speaking engagement, Micheline creates value for individuals and organizations with a focus on personal development, leadership growth and cultural transformation.
Micheline is an active philanthropist through her Jesra family foundation, that focuses on education, leadership, health and wellbeing of underprivileged populations.
Prior, Micheline led a successful career in hospital administration where she held executive positions at the American University Hospital of Beirut and the American Hospital of Paris and co-founded Chateau Westmount, a long-term care facility in Montreal, Canada allied with McGill University.
She is a trustee of Fairleigh Dickinson University and chairs the Silberman College of Business Advisory Board and serves on the board of Meditation for Leadership and Takreem USA.
Micheline holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from the American University of Beirut and a Doctoral Degree in Healthcare Management (DESS) from Paris-Dauphine University
