Myra Oliver

Myra Oliver is a Kentucky native who started her career as a hairstylist and went on to become a real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur who owns multiple Keller Williams Realty franchises. She was twenty-two when she decided she wanted freedom from debt and consumerism, and by thirty-three she was debt-free with a rental portfolio that gave her the passive income to leave her job. Together with her husband, Rick, she has built more than thirty rental properties, a retirement portfolio, and several businesses while staying completely debt-free. In her book, Down Home Money: A Simple Approach to Financial Freedom, she shows that financial freedom is less about how much you make than about what you do with it.
