P. Scott Bening is the CEO of MBS2 Advisors, a strategic marketing organization that mentors entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders. A chemistry graduate of St. Lawrence University, he joined chemical product manufacturer MonoSol in 1989 and became its CEO and part-owner by 2001, helping grow the company and make water-soluble unit dose a global norm. He was inducted as a Fellow of the Society of Innovators of Northwest Indiana in 2010 and is a member of the Chicago Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame. He is the author of Formulating Solutions: Lessons from an Unexpected Entrepreneurial Journey.
