Pia-Maria Thoren

Pia-Maria Thoren is a people-management consultant and the founder of Agile People, a global movement she started in Sweden in 2013 that helps HR professionals and leaders adopt an agile mindset. Specializing in agile HR, agile leadership, and motivation, she has worked with many of Sweden's largest companies to implement HR processes shaped by agile values. In her book Agile People, she outlines how managers, HR professionals, decision-makers, and employees can adopt a flexible, customer-focused agile approach to build organizations where people are engaged and motivated.
