Rob La Gesse

Rob La Gesse grew up as one of six brothers in a small farming community in Illinois before moving to Texas for high school. After graduation he joined the Navy, working as a combat medic and a neonatal respiratory therapist. A lifelong reader, he taught himself to program and moved into technology in time to help develop Wi-Fi. He later joined Rackspace, where he became Vice President of Global Social Strategy. He is the author of Replace Yourself: The Tech Geek's Guide to Navigating Leadership.
