Steve Garguilo

Steve Garguilo works with people from all walks of life around the world to help them turn their ideas into action. At Johnson & Johnson, he ran the Office of Creative Engagement and shaped a grassroots movement that grew TEDxJNJ from a small after-work gathering into one of the most successful TEDx programs in the Fortune 500. He has lived in five countries, traveled in more than 100, and spoken at TED and TEDx events around the globe. His work has been featured in Bloomberg, Reuters, and NBC, and in 2016 he won the top innovation award from Chief Learning Officer magazine. He is co-founder of Action Surge and a co-author of Surge: Your Guide to Put Any Idea Into Action.
