Tammy Pack was a trial lawyer for five years before moving to Fredericksburg, Texas, to open retail boutiques. In 2001, she renovated a 1910 Victorian carriage house on the grounds of her home and decided to rent it out as a B&B. Since then, she has bought, renovated, and sold 25 vacation rental properties of her own.
