Ted Harrington

Ted Harrington is an executive partner at Independent Security Evaluators, the company of ethical hackers known for hacking cars, medical devices, and password managers. He has helped hundreds of companies fix tens of thousands of security vulnerabilities, including work with Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Netflix. His team founded and organizes IoT Village, whose hacking contests have produced three DEF CON Black Badges. Named Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards, he has been featured in more than one hundred media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and Forbes. He is the author of Hackable: How to Do Application Security Right.
