Transforming half-baked ideas into life-changing books feels like alchemy, and Kathleen McIntosh has been fortunate to distill gold with many excellent novelists, speakers, athletes, business leaders, and more. As a ghostwriter and editor, she has worked on nearly a hundred books, including the Wall Street Journal bestseller Best Version Ever (Lioncrest Publishing, 2022). Her preferred genres are memoir, narrative nonfiction, self-help, and speculative fiction.

Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Creative Writing certificate from the University of Texas at Austin. When she’s not writing and editing, you can find her hanging out with her husband and four children, reading fantasy and historical fiction, beading jewelry, or pretending to be a mermaid.
