Connected

I would like to write a book for “baby leaders” who are just starting in leadership. I’ll show them how to make the transition to leadership (chiefly from the perspective of “sales to sales manager”), how they can still be authentic and genuine and not lose their humanity.  Along the way, I will also share my own story. I went through two brain surgeries and developed epilepsy, but great leaders supported me and showed me real empathy. They really taught me a better and more human way to lead. I’ve been through the growing pains of becoming a leader, so I hope I can fast-track new leaders through some of their own growing pains. I want them to develop the skills and empathy that will help them make everyone around them better.
