ERIC SANCHEZ is widely recognized as one of the most accomplished and effective operators in the legal space. Eric’s journey is marked by exceptional leadership and a commitment to excellence that began when he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps at age eighteen. After working as a youth pastor for several years, he managed one of the largest plaintiffs' firms in the Southeast. In his time at that firm, he led one of largest and most complex claims processes in US history, resulting in a historic $1.25 billion settlement. Eric's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found and successfully exit an intake and case management software company where he amassed a portfolio of nearly 30 technical patents. His belief in the power of teamwork and mentorship led him to found, Maestro Strategic Partners, which advises firms across the United States in areas ranging from marketing, operations, strategy, and technology.
