Jason Tanner is the co-author of Software Profit Streams and the CEO of Applied Frameworks, where he sets the company's strategy and leads its growth. A Certified Scrum Trainer with the Scrum Alliance, he has led agile transformations at Fortune 500 companies including MassMutual, Capital One, and CoStar Group, and he works as a speaker, coach, and facilitator focused on strategy, product, and portfolio management. He served nine years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, commanding an infantry rifle company. He studied engineering at Cornell University and earned his MBA from Duke University.
