Bryan Miles

Bryan Miles is the CEO and co-founder of BELAY, a US-based virtual staffing company he started with his wife, Shannon, during the Great Recession. BELAY serves businesses across the United States with a team of hundreds of professionals who all work remotely from home. Before founding BELAY, he worked in the technology and construction industries, and he earned his BA in business from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He is the author of Virtual Culture: The Way We Work Doesn't Work Anymore, which champions the benefits of remote work.
