Carolina Sasson is the Chief Operating Officer at Mission Field, where she takes a holistic, iterative approach to help Fortune 500 clients develop big ideas. She began her marketing career at P&G, launched a natural food startup in Boulder, Colorado, and spent a decade at WhiteWave Foods, eventually leading The Seed Group, an internal innovation incubator. She is the co-author, with Jonathan Tofel, of Fire in the Machine.
