He built his company, MSB, into a business of more than 170 employees and a laboratory for cutting-edge cultural ideas, and he founded Alignment Leadership Consulting to teach leaders how to build workplace cultures that prioritize employee fulfillment. His work has been featured in Forbes, CEO World Magazine, and Great Leadership Magazine. He lives in Austin, Texas.
