Christopher Creel has helped clients build leading research and development teams since 1995, working with major companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Perot Systems, and CSC.
In 2013, drawing on eight years of prior research, he launched a six-year experiment to test whether collaboration technologies could enable new, crowdsourced organizational designs. Three independent studies over the course of the experiment found gains in engagement, productivity, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
