After hearing so many of his patients' concerns about aging, he wrote Getting Older... It's Avoidable!: The Strategy to Keep the Youth of Your Cells and Your Body, in which he draws on recent scientific research to explain what happens to the body as we age and identifies five targets, oxidation, inflammation, glycation, telomeres, and autophagy, that we can act on to protect our cells. Daniel and his family live in Quebec, Canada.
