About This Book

Thanks to developments in our society, we're living longer these days. Yet those extra years can often come with health issues that seem unavoidable. After hearing so many of his patients' concerns about getting older, dermatologist Daniel Minier was inspired to take a closer look at the problem. What he found will change your life. In this book, Dr. Minier pools recent scientific research and shares what exactly happens as we get older: aging of the body, degenerative diseases, and even cancers. He identifies five targets we can zero in on: oxidation, inflammation, glycation, telomeres, and autophagy. He then outlines the appropriate tools to protect and maintain our cells against the symptoms of aging. With Dr. Minier's strategy outlined in this book, you don't have to let yourself age so early. You can fight back.
