Donald Meador

Donald Meador has spent his career in corporate technology leadership, surviving mergers, promotions, reorganizations, and downsizing along the way. He has led technical teams of many sizes, including both onshore and offshore resources, and delivered multimillion-dollar projects, and he completed a two-year program to become a Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt. Donald holds a degree in computer engineering and an MBA, and he has cofounded several companies. He is an award-winning speaker and the host of The Corporate Middle podcast, where he answers the questions middle managers face most, and the author of Surrounded by Insanity: How to Execute Bad Decisions.
