Jason Wilson

Jason Wilson is the author of Brick-and-Mortar Isn't Dead and the owner of Riverside Pawn, a chain of pawn stores. After dropping out of high school, he answered a classified ad for a job at the only pawn shop in town, climbed the ranks, and developed a better way to run the business before starting his own company. Over fifteen years he built his operation from a one-man shop into a multistore organization, and in the book he shares how he did it, walking small business owners through the start-up, growth, and expansion stages of building a customer-centric company.
