Jennifer Byrom

Jennifer Byrom is the retired co-owner of The Traveler's Club International Restaurant and Tuba Museum in Okemos, Michigan, which she ran for twenty years. Today she leads Miss Jennifer's School of Practical Arts, where students of all ages explore food, culture, and textiles, and she is a partner in the clothing design business Spencer Brooke Designs. Her book, Tastes and Tales from the Travelers Club International Restaurant & Tuba Museum, is part cookbook and part memoir, sharing guests' favorite recipes and stories from the restaurant's years in business.
