John Bogdasarian

John Bogdasarian is the founder, president, and CEO of Promanas, a real estate investment and development firm, with more than twenty-five years of experience in the field. A graduate of the University of Arizona, he began his real estate career in 1996 in residential sales in Ann Arbor, Michigan, then moved into commercial transactions and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 1999. He founded Promanas with nine investors and roughly one million dollars for its first deal; the firm now manages over half a billion dollars for more than 400 accredited investors. He became a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council in 2018.
