Lindsay Shoop

Lindsay Dare Shoop is an Olympic and World Champion rower turned author, coach, speaker, and Emmy-winning broadcaster. She picked up rowing during her junior year at the University of Virginia, became an NCAA Division I All-American within her first year in the sport, and went on to win Olympic gold with the U.S. women's eight in Beijing in 2008 before adding a third World Championship title in 2009. Today she works as an elite performance coach and educational speaker, mentoring athletes at every level. She is the author of Better Great Than Never: Believing It's Possible Is Where Champions Begin.
