Mandy Gilbert

Mandy Gilbert is the founder and chief executive officer of Creative Niche, a staffing and workforce management firm she launched in Toronto in 2002 with eight thousand dollars and grew into a multimillion-dollar company that has placed thousands of creative, digital, and marketing professionals across North America. She is also a speaker, investor, and columnist for Inc., and she completed the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT.
