Brian Lauer

Brian G. Lauer is a partner at the law firm Messick Lauer & Smith P.C. and general counsel to NACUSO, where he concentrates on helping credit unions work collaboratively with other credit unions and third-party service providers, primarily through credit union service organizations. He has helped credit unions and innovators form hundreds of CUSOs, and he received his Juris Doctor from Temple University's Beasley School of Law. He is the author of CUSOs: How Credit Unions and Entrepreneurs Can Get Started (And Win!) with Credit Union Service Organizations.
